Refund policy

Pride is taken in creating each gift with care and attention to detail. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

For non-perishable or non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

For gifts that include perishable food items or custom-assembled designs, we cannot accept returns once shipped.
